2. Warranty Period
BODO-030 provides a voluntary manufacturer's warranty of 12 months from the date of purchase for the FlyingBodo dog bicycle basket.
The relevant date is the invoice or order date.
After the warranty period has expired, an inspection may be carried out as a gesture of goodwill. However, there is no legal entitlement to such inspection.
3. Territorial Scope
The warranty applies worldwide to products purchased directly through the official BODO-030 online shop.
4. Scope of the Warranty
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects in the metal components of the FlyingBodo.
This includes in particular:
- stainless steel basket
- metal mounting elements
- metal connection components
- metal roof struts and structural parts
Textile components or accessories are not covered by this warranty.
In the event of a warranty claim, BODO-030 will decide, at its own discretion, whether to provide:
- repair of the product, or
- replacement with an equivalent product.
5. Exclusions from the Warranty
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- normal wear and tear
- improper use
- improper installation
- use contrary to the assembly or safety instructions
- exceeding the recommended load limit
- falls, accidents or external impacts
- independent modifications or alterations to the product
- use of the product outside its intended purpose
The FlyingBodo is intended exclusively for use with bicycles.
Use on motor scooters, motorcycles or e-scooters is not intended.
6. Conditions for Warranty Claims
Warranty claims are valid only if:
- the product was purchased directly through the official BODO-030 online shop
- proof of purchase can be provided
- the claim is made by the original purchaser
The warranty is not transferable.

For the initial assessment, BODO-030 may request photos and/or videos of the damage.
After review, BODO-030 will inform you about the next steps.
8. Shipping in Warranty Cases
In the case of valid warranty claims, BODO-030 will cover the shipping costs as part of the warranty process.
9. Statutory Warranty Rights
Your statutory consumer warranty rights against the seller remain unaffected by this warranty.
The statutory warranty can be exercised free of charge.
