1. Shipping Area
We deliver worldwide to consumers.
Shipping is carried out from Germany.
The countries currently available for shipping are displayed at checkout. If your country cannot be selected, delivery to that destination is currently not possible.
2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping costs depend on the delivery region and order value and are calculated automatically at checkout.
Goods are usually ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days after receipt of payment.

3. Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Fees (Third Countries)
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise:
- Import duties
- Import VAT
- Customs clearance fees
These charges are not collected by us and must be borne by the buyer.
Payment must be made directly to the responsible customs authority or shipping provider.
4. Shipping Service Provider
Shipping is carried out by
DHL
as an insured parcel with tracking.
5. Delivery Time
Processing time is 1–2 working days after receipt of payment.
After that, the delivery times stated above apply depending on the region.
6. Transfer of Risk
As we deliver exclusively to consumers, we bear the transport risk until the goods are handed over to you.
7. Partial Deliveries
Partial deliveries are not made.
For safety and packaging reasons, FlyingBodo bicycle baskets are generally shipped individually.
If multiple baskets are ordered, delivery will therefore be made in several parcels.
8. Vouchers
Vouchers are delivered digitally by email.
No shipping costs apply.
