Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day,

on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter).

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

 

Return of goods

You must send back the goods or hand them over without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

We will then provide you with the further instructions for the return.

For returns from non-EU countries, import duties or customs clearance fees may apply. These costs cannot be covered by us.

Packages sent without sufficient postage will not be accepted. Any additional costs incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

Compensation for loss in value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

You may inspect the goods only to the extent that would be possible in a retail shop.

If components, accessories are missing or if there are excessive signs of use, we reserve the right to charge reasonable compensation for the loss in value.
